Questions
Do I need Claude to use TIMREYE?
Yes. TIMREYE builds skills and playbooks for Claude, so you need your own Claude account with Claude Code or Claude Desktop. TIMREYE does not include or resell a Claude subscription.
Are my references uploaded anywhere?
No. Videos and images are analysed on your computer, and the skills are saved to your own folders. Our server only handles your account, your subscription status and the Pro playbooks.
Why do I sign in with Google?
Google sign-in creates your TIMREYE account. We receive only your name, email address and Google account ID — never your password or other Google data.
Which systems are supported?
Windows 10 and 11 today. A macOS version is planned.
Does it work with my editing software?
TIMREYE works with any editor because it measures the footage, not the project file. The playbooks include detailed guidance for DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Can I cancel? Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Because every account gets a free 7-day trial, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. See the Terms.
