Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to the TIMREYE desktop app, the timreye.com website, the TIMREYE server and connector, and the TIMREYE playbooks (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use TIMREYE for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The Service

TIMREYE helps you collect video and image references, measures their visual properties on your computer (for example rhythm, motion, easing, layout, colour and typography) and creates style recipes and skills that you can use with Claude. Pro subscribers can also load the TIMREYE playbooks through the TIMREYE connector.

TIMREYE is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic, Google, Blackmagic Design, Adobe or the websites you can open in the app. To use skills with Claude you need your own Claude account, which is subject to Anthropic’s terms and is not included in your TIMREYE subscription.

3. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
• One account is for one person. An account can be signed in on up to 2 computers at a time; signing in on a third computer signs out the oldest one.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your account, sign-in or connector with other people.

4. Free trial

A new account gets a free 7-day trial with all Pro features. The trial starts at your first sign-in, does not require payment details and does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. One trial is available per person.

5. Subscription and payment

• Plans. TIMREYE Pro costs US$12 per month or US$120 per year. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location.
• Merchant of record. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Your payment is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or the customer portal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays available for a short grace period (currently 3 days) while the payment is retried. After that, Pro features pause until payment succeeds.
• Price changes. If we change prices for existing subscribers, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then.

6. Refunds

Every account gets a free 7-day trial so you can evaluate TIMREYE before paying. For this reason payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, unused time and renewals you forgot to cancel. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country. Refunds that the law requires, or that Lemon Squeezy grants under its own policies, will be processed through Lemon Squeezy.

7. Licence to use TIMREYE

While you follow these terms we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the TIMREYE app and, during an active trial or subscription, to use the playbooks for your own work, including client work. You may not:

• copy, publish, sell, share or redistribute the playbooks or their content, or feed them into another product or dataset;
• share or resell access to your account or connector;
• reverse engineer, bypass or interfere with licence checks, rate limits or security;
• use the Service to break the law or the rights of others.

Playbooks delivered by the server are marked with your account details to help us detect unauthorised sharing. TIMREYE, its software, design and playbooks remain our property.

8. Your content and references

The files you collect, the references you analyse and the styles and skills you create belong to you or to their original owners. We do not claim any rights to them and they are not uploaded to our servers. TIMREYE measures style properties; it does not give you any right to copy someone else’s work. You are responsible for respecting copyright and the terms of the websites you visit in the built-in browser.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google (sign-in), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Railway and Cloudflare (hosting and network), Anthropic (Claude) and the websites you choose to open. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services.

10. Changes and availability

We work to keep TIMREYE reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. We may improve, change or remove features. If we stop offering Pro, we will give you reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period that remains unused.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using TIMREYE and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, for example by sharing playbooks or accounts. Sections 6, 7 (restrictions), 8 and 12–14 continue to apply after termination.

12. Disclaimer

Measurements, recipes and playbooks are tools to help your creative work. Results depend on your references, your software and the AI you use, and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. We will first try to solve any problem informally — please write to us.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
